25 years with 3 special firms-each with a passionate culture for learning & development!

First, as a Doorman with the Four Seasons Hotels during my BA/MBA studies; followed by 10 incredible years with Xerox Engineering Systems (XES), developing Clients & Partners across Eastern Canada; and most recently, 11 years with Miller Heiman-Korn Ferry, as a Consulting Partner-Sales Effectiveness.

And 11 years in the most challenging of times, as Chief Sales Evangelist for 4 tech start-ups. 

We brought some exciting Canadian-made apps to market-but often struggled aligning our People with our Strategy.
